Toledo Sister Cities International’s signature summer program is the International Youth Academy.  In its 12th year, TSCI promotes and operates a program designed to bring together students ages 14-17 from Toledo, Ohio and our various Sister Cities.  For three weeks in the summer Sister Cities youth attend English as a second language, participate in cultural activities and stay with host families.   Students from Toledo, Ohio serve as Youth Diplomats and assist with the program.
